This meeting was preceded by earlier meeting in Sankt Augustine, Germany on the 20th February 2020, by a section of the Coordinators of ProGlobe and BBAC projects. During this meeting, members discussed the possibility of setting up a Virtual Exchange Council with Coordinators from Canada, Ghana, Germany, Portugal, Kenya and the USA as founding members.
